Food Adulteration

Every day we hear news about Food Adulteration. Milk is adulterated. Wheat has pesticides. Turmeric is polished. What do people eat? Excessive use of pesticides, weedicides and harmful chemicals, use of artificial growth hormone injections is taking a toll on citizens' health.

There are two ways to fix food adulteration:

  1. We as a nation add more food inspectors. If food inspectors become corrupt and accept bribe, we add inspectors on top of those inspectors. If corruption vigil officers themselves are corrupt, we need more inspectors.

  2. Use competition in a healthy capitalist society. If there are people and businesses who believe in adulteration, there can be businesses who sell healthy unadulterated products.

With a mission to eradicate food adulteration, we started our own food business PushthiVardhan Foods (PVF). In the last few years, PVF has successfully distributed 30,000 litres of pure, fresh and natural milk to families around Noida and Indirapuram areas.
